i feel like the only good that will come of it is that my 한자 will be slightly better than other westerner’s but 진짜저럼 less than a native chinese speaker. what does that even mean. 부럽지않다 언니~~

i am in awe of your chinese learning abilities. people tell me i should learn mandarin but i don’t think i could, it’s so crazy hard. i have mad respect for anyone who learns chinese, it’s an impressive thing to learn.

actually i think mandarin was way easier than korean. chinese grammar is SO SIMPLE. the hardest part is the characters, so like, once you figure out your own way to study those, it’s all good. not even tones are super hard if you just imitate other native speakers.

my mandarin is way shitty, tho, don’t ever expect me to use it in real life.
