Whenever I see one of these, even though I know I don’t even post enough let alone get enough likes/reblogs, it is always slightly disappointing that I never see my face. I know you know what I mean.
OH this movie. I knew I would forget one or two amazing ones. I’ve watched it and have to agree. Everyone should watch this; it’s long but so worth it. You won’t get bored, you’ll probably cry and you’ll be impressed. If you disagree, don’t let me know because I love Farewell My Concubine.
I found diaries from 2000/2001 (when I was 10/11) and was cry-laughing while reading. I often ended entries in “got to go”. There were some that I started only to end because my bus stop had come up. I also “named” one of my diaries (a Harry Potter-themed journal) Draco.
(December 27th, 2000)
[…] I’m going to name you so I’ll call you….Draco. It means dragon-flight, and yes I know he’s a bad guy in Harry Potter but it’s a cool name. Got to go.
In one entry I complained about my youngest brother taking more jam than he was allowed to take. Life.
(PS all of them are written in gel pen. REMEMBER HOW COOL THOSE WERE. My Harry Potter journal only had black paper so you HAD to use gel pens.)

midnight in paris was really whimsical and nice! and you should try sherlock, the bbc series. there’s two seasons with 6 episodes total, and it’s well directed/filmed!

Portrait of a Beauty is really amazing (though watch it by yourself… or at least not with awkward family members or something around)! I also LOVE Ahjussi (The Man from Nowhere) but I’m sure you’ve seen that already~
haha I have seen adjushi, and it was great! SO many Korean movies I have seen have been AMAZING. I love how certain directors take advantage of silence as a way of communication. I will watch Portrait of a Beauty for sure! thank you Jackie~~

Parks and Rec is killing it lately! Korean movies: A Tale of Two Sisters, Oldboy
I see quotes about Parks and Rec all the time! I think I would like it, but it is just HARD for me to watch TV shows. I will try it out tho~

Not a movie, but only six episodes: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Th…(TV_series) Also, you might like Wonderfalls if you liked Pushing Daisies.
Ahhh I LOVE good miniseries! And if Wonderfalls is like Pushing Daisies I will have to try it. I just loved the aethestics and the cutsieness of the romance in Pushing Daisies. And I loved Olive for just being Olive. UGH why was that show cancelled……

I love 빈집, The Dark Crystal, and Curse of the Golden Flower too! If you haven’t seen it, my favorite movie is 복수는 나의것 (Park Chan Wook film) and I also love 살인의 추억, 시간 (a Kim Ki Duk film), and 지구를 지켜라!
Woop woop! Film buddies!!! I think I”ve seen almost all Kim Kiduk films. 시간 was strange but I LOVED. I love movies that present the issue of vanity in our society. & I recently watched 복수는 나의것 with my mom! I need to watch watch 친절한 금자씨 to “complete” the trilogy of those films now. 지구를 지켜라 looks like I will either love it or be completely bored by it. Hopefully it’s the first one~ haha thank you for these!
Oh, but thank you for the recommendations! I’m not scary, I think I’m just bored easily. A Tale of Two Sisters I watch and was on the fence about. Adjussi was great but not a favorite. 기친 I have considered watching MANY times but now that it has been rec’d to me I will try it out~ Along with all these others! Thank you!
Already watched The Secret of Kells. AMAZING. The others I will look up. PS hurry up and get here, let’s have a movie marathon. Or at least watch one of our own favs. PETER PAN!?!?!?!
She wanted time off from blogging/tumblring, so she deleted it. Maybe it’s strange, but I know for the both of us tumblr can be a somewhat significant source of stress. Sonia doesn’t need anymore stress in her life, so I hope you can see why she wanted to get rid of it!
YES I HAVE IT IS GREAT. I also regularly swoon over Lee Pace. Even that name is sexually intriguing. Lee. Pace. Mmmhm.
This is why I need people recommending things. I forget amazing movies or just haven’t seen them yet. TY~
